Instructions for Hascherpur stain remover in English?

I have a tube of Hascherpur and would like to know what stains it removes and how to use it. There was no instruction sheet with it, so I don't know what fabrics it can be used on either. Can it only be used on laundry or does it have other applications?

I have a very old tube (Hascherpur HP 9000 Universal Stain Remover)  that states it is ideal for dirty clothing: removes set stains like grease, oil, tar, resin, wine, iodine, rust, coffee, ink, blood and dye stains and many more.

It was removed from USA marketing since they claim it can harm hands - just use heavy duty gloves then.

Can anyone tell me where to buy more? I left the tube slightly opened and it dried in the tube.  It only seems to be on ebay international sites - I'd like to know who has the manufacturing rights now and who distributes it.  It is not available via online shopping at the Brauns Heitmann GMbh website - they have a similar tube but may not be the same strength.
