Basically all you do is choose a category and cover that category with a place marker. To get the answer to the question, you use the decoder. =]

There's all sorts of particular things, but I'm sure you can look them up on the Internet and find them. =]

I just tried to look them up on the internet and i didn't find them but there was a few comments that the rules were silly and annoying anyway, they seemed to say that only 1 person could play at a time, and more than one person said they made the rules up to have more fun, I would say just do the same :-)
