Need instructions to assemble rear brake caliper for 1977 FLH Harley 1200 cc

First, get a service manual. it is a must have if your gonna work on your bike. There's not much to those calipers. Just two halves that bolt together and one piston. if you look at the parts they are pretty self explanatory so I'm not quite sure what it is you can't figure out. Maybe give some more detail.

you need to go to a shop and get a manual for 20 bucks.If your gonna ride a shovelhead you are gonna need that book!

If you're talking about assembly of the caliper:

Put new O-rings on the piston and grease it with caliper grease

Carefully push the piston about 3/4 of the way in with a C-clamp ( Don't knock it in !) If you want , you can crack the bleeder s***w and put some fluid in before the piston, this can make the bleed a little easier.

Put the dust boot and spring clip on

Install your pads and retainer

That's it , It's ready to install and bleed.
