check out www.animeost.net and you'll likely find it.

To get instrumentals of anime songs, you're best downloading the karaoke versions you 90% of the time get on the OST's.

Sub Group Shoku-Dan released the single via Direct-Download as well as Torrent a few weeks ago.  There is a Karaoke version available on the site

If you download the torrent you can select to download only 1 track from the album but with D-D you have to download the whole single at once.

I also think this link from Ayumi Hamasaki Sekai works (sorry I can't use MU at work :) )
