Instrumentals question?

ok so i want to write a love song. and i need to know some good instrumentals to write it to. something with a nice smooth and slow beat thanks!

(slowly) " ssshhhhhaaaa boom, da da , la la la , tish tish "

You could repeat it slowly for 8 beats, then change octaves higher for about 4 more, then come back to the original beat.

Why don't you check out some of the Big Bands' music? Bands like Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, and Count Basie have lots of instrumental stuff. Rod Stewart put out four albums of stuff from the Big Band era, if you want to hear the music with words. I'm sure you can find Big Band stuff on the net (You Tube). I love that stuff. <*)))><
