  1. My company is always, always, always looking for new talent.

As the person above states, it is hard.  The attrition rate is horrible.  This is no free ride.

However, if you can endure three years of hard work and little pay, then the rest of your life may find you enjoying an incredible income.

    The residuals are great.

Go to my parent company's site

Or, contact me through my site

Beware, though.  I will attempt to recruit you into my team.

I would love having an office up in Washington!!!

  2. All states require some sort of pre-licensing training/classes.

Find a good mentor, you already have the desire by the way you phrased your question.

    Good luck!

  3. Every state requires an exam.  Go to your state web site and look for the Dept of Financial Services.

  4. Here you will find all the agency requirements and application information: http://www.insurance.wa.gov/.

Are you sure you want to be an insurance agent? It's very hard work ... GOOD LUCK.
