Hi, I have recently joined insurance sector as sales manager, earlier I was practicing as an Advocate. But I was not earning much and I had seen many people who had chosen insurance as their profession have excelled in life. This is totally a new profession for me. I know there are many trade secrets which no one is going to teach me in training. I have a daughter and a wife to support and have many other big and small responsibilities. Please can some good insurance sales manager guide me? Its do or die situation for me. Please tell me how to motivate people to become agents and such like tips.
