i am being asked by the local mall to provide proof of insurance in case i injure someone while juggling, what type of insurance would that be and who can provide it?

You go to a local, independent agent and ask them to get you General Liability coverage.

Call your auto insurance agent they can help you find a liability policy. If you don't have one try State Farm or Allstate.
