Insurance fraud or what?

i have a question in I believe early 07 someone was driving my car, crashed it, took off n threated me if i said i wasnt driving, so ehh 4000 in damages.. the insuranced paid for it, n i said it was my fault. how long till its off my record and insurance is cheaper??

(sucks there isnt a way to wipe it off.. errrr)

    It sounds like you have bigger problems in your life than your insurance premiums...

  4. Have a nice time in jail. You should have done the right thing when it happened. You were an accomplice in fraud.

    Surcharges will follow you for a minimum of three full policy years, up to seven years, depending on what state you live in.

  6. yes that was insurance fraud.. but u should of told the truth.. even though u was threated...  for 4000 dollars u should of threated him... u shouldnt have lied, u should of beat his ***.. or got someone to beat his ***..
