Insurance fraud or what?

i have a question in I believe early 07 someone was driving my car, crashed it, took off n threated me if i said i wasnt driving, so ehh 4000 in damages.. the insuranced paid for it, n i said it was my fault. how long till its off my record and insurance is cheaper??

(sucks there isnt a way to wipe it off.. errrr)

Depends on your company, but usually it's three years.

It sounds like you have bigger problems in your life than your insurance premiums...

yes that was insurance fraud.. but u should of told the truth.. even though u was threated...  for 4000 dollars u should of threated him... u shouldnt have lied, u should of beat his ***.. or got someone to beat his ***..
