I'm just looking for guideline figures on what insurance is likely to cost for a 20yr old male on a new Ford Focus ST in the UK. This is with 2 years no claims bonus and no speeding convictions.

Any help greatly appreciated!

  1. Yeah don't expect a bargain. Try Adrian Flux, they specialise in performance and modded motors.

  2. i would say at least £1500 a year insurance people dont like young drivers and your cars gonna have a pretty high insurance class. ITs costing me £1450 for a crappy old corsa im but im 17. take a pass plus its cheaper then

  3. Hi i drive a 12 year old discovery, iam 37 and ive full no claims protected bonus and my insurance is £440 full com. So your not gonna get any deals.More likely £1500 +

You might not even get insured for it.

  4. you can go online and get insurance quotes...  If you have a driver training course, that knocks money off your insurance, Do you take the vehicle to and from work?

I have a 2007 Civic, brand new driver, with driver training, and my insurance is $1377 a year...  I would assume it would be less for a focus

  5. I should think about the £1100 mark.

  6. With all due respect, no-one here can give an answer to that question accurately. Why not take 10 mins and go to Confused.com or a similar site?

  7. i would say about 4500.00 pounds
