Insurance send me a check can i cash it was from a settle ment of a car acient help! asap!!1?

I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT. I WENT ON AND SETTLE I GOT THE CHECK BUT HAVE NOT CASH IT, ON IT THE CHECK THE INSURANCE PUT THE HOSPITAL NAME FIRST AND THEN MY NAME AFTER ANTHER WORDS INSURANCE PUT ON CHECK HOSPITAL AND MY NAME CAN I CASH THIS CHECK I THINK I GOT JERK AROUND I CALL INSURANCE THEY SAID IT HAS TO STAY THAT WAY WHAT CAN I DO ? AND CAN I CASH IT OR PUT IN IN MY BANK?IS SAT SO I NEED TO WAIT TILL MONDAY TO TRY AND DEPOSIT HELP!!!!!

You can't cash it, without the hospital signing off.  You can't s***w the hospital over for the medical bills.  

You bring it to the hospital, sign off on it, then they'll sign off on it, apply it to your account, and then write you a check for the difference between what you owe the hospital bill, and the total.

take the check to the hospital billing department, you will probably have to sign over the check to them for payment.

Hopefully you didn't settle with the insurance too quickly.

That is a joint check issued to you and the hospital for payment of medical bills.  You cannot cash it without the indorsement of the hospital.
