Integrated fridge freezer growing iceberg..

Question

A big iceberg keeps building up on the back wall of the fridge section and I have to bash it off with a chisel every 4-5 weeks! A big layer of ice or a puddle forms in the bottom of the fridge section under the veg drawers. Someone said it was a problem at the back of the entire fridge freezer and was not repairable but didn't look at it..........is this true or can it be fixed please?
