Integrated washer/dryer?

My washer/dryer has broken and I wan't to replace it with a new one. Is this as straight forward as changing a normal washing machine i.e. hoses etc (I am aware that I may encounter problems when changing where the fittings go on the inside of the decor door)

  1. its pretty much the same as changing a normal washer, just make sure the hoses are not trapped behind the machine as it will not go back to the wall far enough.

As regards to the decor door, you may have to bore new holes for the hinges as they are not all the same centres.you will need a 35mm hinge cutter for this but dont drill too deep else it will come through(drill a bit and keep trying the hinge)

And dont worry theres no reason for it to catch fire

  2. Just one minor point - integrated washer driers are more prone to fires than separate units....
