Question:

Intense Elbow Pain, Anyone have/had the same problem?

My elbow has been this way for the last 3-4 years now, and is now getting very much so worse. It always feels like the elbow is under pressure and when extended it snaps/pops. Ive been to a couple doctors and now attempting to go to an orthopedic surgeon. I know that the muscle has to be detached from the bone and im starting to think nerve damage because of tingling fingers. But I can hardly write or type and the pain is bad. I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this happen and what they have done (surgery) or the outcome, know what to expect kinda thing. Thank you!

  1. More than likely the permanent solution will be surgery. You have a good chance of getting some temporary relief if you can find some one that practices NMT. Temporary relief could be for a few days or perhaps even a few weeks while you are waiting for surgery. You may also get a considerable level of pain reduction during rehab. You should talk to an orthopedic surgeon. Delaying surgery for your condition if surgery is indicated is not a good idea.
