Intense blueish/white light, what was it?

My mom was visited by an intense blueish/white light about six years ago, she was sitting in the backyard with a friend and the light searched for her and when it found her it focused on her whole body. It didn't scare her, but to this day she would like to know what it was... anybody know about this? This is not a joke and I would like a sincere answer. Please. Thank you.

Maybe it was a UFO and they were scoping her out.  It could be that they had watched her before . I have heard that anyone born after 1947 when the incident happened at Roswell, was being watched by them.  Who knows for sure.   Since she wasn't fearful, then she might have been with them and didn't remember but her subconscience did and she felt ok with it.

i agree, i think it was a ufo

but she also could have been visited by god...somehow...possibly

Well, in college, we were at a frat party, and a similar experience happened to those of us in the backyard... turned out to be a search light from a police helicopter, and we were shut down shortly thereafter.

I've avoided that intense bluish/white light ever since.
