Intent To Rent -Ontario?

Question

I am going to be moving out with a friend, And live in Niagara Falls Ontario, Ontario Works (Welfare More known as) is willing to pay first and last for rent, How long does it take to process when I give them the form?

welfare is such a waste of tax dollars if people use it their whole life and not what it was made for so please just use it until you don't anymore

Count on a couple of weeks for sure, so make sure you plan carefully.  The wheels of government do not tend to turn quickly.
