i have been to the doctors today and was told that i could have a condition called intention tremor. They said it wasn't serious and that i shouldn't worry. Does anyone else have this 'tremor' aswell? And is there anything i can do to calm down the shaking? x

  1. please see a neurologist.....this could be related to damage in your cerebellum.  Get it checked out by a specialist so that you can have peace of mind.....good luck to you.

  2. Intention tremors may result from damage to cerebellum or it's connections. Alcoholism, overuse of sedatives, multiple sclerosis, stroke etc. can cause such damage. Please have a neurological evaluation.
