Inter Milan beat Fiorentina and reduce the gap on AC Milan
Inter Milan closed the gap on Serie A league leaders, A.C Milan, to five points after beating Fiorentina 2-1 on Wednesday evening. A goal from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Giampaolo-Pazzini-c14802 and an own goal from Michele Camporese, sealed the victory for the champions.

Kharja and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thiago-Motta-c34897 respectively. The hosts started the same line-up that beat Palermo this past weekend.

Inter’s lead with a fantastic goal. Eto’o edged the ball to Pasqual who got to the by-line with ease, before cutting the ball back precisely for Pazzini to tap home. Moments later, the Nerazzurri came close to doubling their lead as Stankovic let fly a strike
from 30 yards and the ball brushed the near post with Boruc scrambling across his line. The hosts continued their surge for an equalizer but despite dominating the possession they were unable to trouble the opponents defence. Fiorentina played a poor second
half as they slumped to their ninth defeat of the season.
Inter moved to the third spot with this win, two points behind second placed http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003. Fiorentina stayed at the tenth spot after the loss. Inter host Cagliari in their next Serie A encounter on Saturday, while Fiorentina host Sampdoria on Sunday.
