Inter Milan coach Claudio Ranieri all praise for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Balotelli-c23937 – Serie A Update
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan head coach, Claudio Ranieri, has revealed that he is an admirer of the former Nerazzurri striker, Mario Balotelli, and he would love to have him back in the squad.
However, the tactician emphasized more on the need of new options in the midfield region as the Italian giants are struggling in the centre of the park.
The hitman currently plays in the English Premier League for the current league leaders, Manchester City, and he recently announced that he would like to return to Inter in the future.
The head coach was recently talking to Corriere dello Sport where he revealed his feelings for Balotelli.
“I’d welcome Balotelli with open arms. He’s a stupendous talent. Balotelli could become one of the greatest players in the world, but it is all down to him. He has to decide how convenient it would be for himself to be a rebel. The rest of the squad’s reaction
to Balotelli? I haven’t spoken to the players in the changing room to see if there would be any aversion to him being here again,” said the coach.
Balotelli, who scored his first international goal for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Poland-c2983 last week, is not likely to be released by Manchester City anytime soon. Therefore, Ranieri would have to make the best of their recent signing, Diego Forlan. The coach said:
“I really believe in Forlan. He arrived at Inter and he was already tired. The recent injury has been useful for him as it has given him time to regenerate and he’ll do well as he did in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749.”
Ranieri also revealed future plans regarding the upcoming winter transfer window and said that they might be looking for some new players. The tactician believes that the roster has enough attacking options and they lack a good player in the midfield.
The Nerazzurri have had a disastrous start to the ongoing 2011/12 season. However, the former Juve manager believes that they are still in the game and will bounce back from their inconsistency.
