Inter Milan keen on Arsenal’s Cesc Fabregas, Manchester City reject offer for Carlos Tevez
Reports in the Italian peninsula suggest that Inter Milan are looking to table an offer for Arsenal http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Captain-c8314 and central midfielder, Cesc Fabregas. The midfielder is reckoned to be an expensive catch and Inter might have to offer more than just money in order
to lure the Spanish International to San Siro.
The Gunners signed Fabregas from Barcelona youth squad in 2003. The player has stayed with the Gunners ever since. Rumours are high that Fabregas might return to his childhood club at the end of the season, but Inter are still keen to lure the midfielder
to San Siro.
According to the Itlian newspaper Tuttosport, the Nerazzurri officials have been in contact with the player’s agent Darren Dein and the Inter President Massimo Moratti is formulating an offer. The bid is expected to be around 35 million-Euro mark and that’s
not all; Moratti would be including two players in the offer to sweeten the deal.
On the other hand, another English Premier League outfit Manchester City have rejected a Nerazzurri bid for the talismanic attacker, Carlos Tevez. Gazzetta dello Sport reported that the Citizens rejected a 30 million-Euro offer calling it ‘insufficient’
for the striker.
Moratti made a brave offer for the sensational Argentinean footballer but the refusal has led to the start of a new hunt. The Nerazzurri are now looking for new targets for the upcoming summer transfer window and their attention might turn towards the Udinese
striker http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alexis-Sánchez-c4979. Sanchez has been in good form this season and has scored 12 goals in 25 appearances, scoring a goal in almost every second appearance.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 are looking forward to great changes in the squad after a disappointing season. The Serpent has failed to defend two of their titles; the Serie A – AC Milan are almost certain to win the league – and UEFA Champions League. Coppa Italia thus remains
the only achievable title for this season, but the Nerazzurri hierarchy is far from content with a minor trophy.
