Inter Milan midfielder Esteban Cambiasso to honour his club contract – Serie A news
Argentina international and Inter Milan midfielder http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Esteban-Cambiasso-c12912 has revealed that he will honour his contract with the club.
However, he said that he might be thinking of returning to Argentina to play in the Primera Division but he was comfortable with Inter for the time being.
The 30-year-old has three years left on his contract and mentioned that he fully respects the Italian club and wants to be an essential member of the side until he is a part of the Nerazzurri.
The midfielder said, “I feel comfortable and happy at Inter. In football, though, it is hard to see a project through to its conclusion. I still have three years left on my contract. I hope to enjoy my time with this squad. It will be difficult to repeat
the feats of last season.”
Cambiasso believes that he still has a lot left in him and could offer more in the Primera Division. He added that people think a bit negatively about Argentine football but it is just that it is played at a higher level.
The Argentina international further mentioned that he enjoyed a lot of success at Inter and wished that the reigning UEFA Champions League winners could once again repeat the feat.
“I have the conviction to do well in Argentina,” he added. “Argentine football is very competitive. It is criticised for the way it is played, but it is played at a very high, competitive level. Therefore, it would not be a bad thing.”
Cambiasso was part of the treble winning side of the 2008-09 season and has been very much devoted towards the Serie A side.

The Argentinean is looking forward to playing in the Milan derby next weekend and he knows that a win will take the Champions closer to the Scudetto.
