Inter Milan rule out swoop for Manchester City striker http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez: Serie A news
Inter Milan’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sporting-89-c40576 director, Marco Branca, has ruled out a summer move for Manchester City striker, Carlos Tevez.
Tevez wants to leave the Eastlands in the summer transfer window to join the former Italian Champions. However, Branca has revealed that the Argentinean is too costly for the club to buy. The Nerazzurri chief revealed that they
have pulled out of the deal because of the player’s wage demands.
The 46-year-old stated that the club is preparing its finances in accordance with the fair play rule, which will take effect in the near future.
Talking to the reporters Branca said, "Tevez is a great player, a great character, but absolutely no. His salary means it is out of the question. The market is crazy at the moment and it is hard to compete.
"He is a great player but a move for him is out of the question. We have to organise our finances for the financial fair play rules in the next two years. We don't have the same revenues from merchandise and match day as the English
sides.”

but City entered into a bidding war and out-priced them.
Tevez is unhappy at the Eastlands and his transfer request had been rejected twice by the 2010/11 FA Cup winners. However, after having seen a move to San Siro getting faltered, the player’s agent, Kia Joorabchian, has revealed
that the former Manchester United star is calling his family to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 and will stay at the club.
Tevez finished the 2010/11 Premier League season as the joint highest goal-scorer along with his former United team-mate, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Dimitar-Berbatov-c11254.
Reports in the Italian media suggested that City and Inter are locked in talks of a swap deal between Samuel Eto’o and Tevez but now it is more likely that the Argentine striker will remain in England.
