Inter Milan will not be pursuing Manchester City forward Carlos Tevez

In a rather dramatic turn of events, it now seems like Manchester City forward and club http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Captain-c8314, Carlos Tevez is now going to be sticking around at the Eastlands, instead of making a move to Italian club, Inter Milan.
The Italian’s have officially gone on to play down their interest in the Argentine goal scoring machine, by admitting that the player’s wages were a little too high for them to meet.
It is interesting to see the team change their opinion about landing the player, considering the fact that Tevez was previously hailed as the club’s prime target. Keeping that in mind, it makes one wonder as to what Inter were thinking for the last couple
of months, since it seems like the player’s salary is something that they only recently thought about.
Inter Milan’s sporting director, Marco Branca when talking about http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez is quoted to have said: "Tevez is a great player, a great character, but absolutely no"

"His salary means it is out of the question. The market is crazy at the moment and it is hard to compete.

"He is a great player but a move for him is out of the question.”
Branca then went on to finally admit that the fair play rules had played a crucial part in changing his opinion about Tevez, as he went on to add: "We have to organise our finances for the financial fair play rules in the next two years.”

"We don't have the same revenues from merchandise and match day as the English sides.”

"We are looking for younger players now with great talent, who we can develop."
These words by the Italian clubs http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sporting-89-c40576 director, are more than likely to be like music to Manchester City’s ears. The team had been living in denial, over the prospect of Tevez actually walking out of the club and it seems like that methodology adopted
by the club, has actually paid off.
However, now that City have one less player to worry about, it seems like the team are bound to turn their attention elsewhere and with City, that can only result in the club now targeting new players.
Should City try and capitalize on Branca’s words, the team could potentially go ahead and target a number of Inter players. City have previously been linked with moves for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 admitting to be in a sticky financial situation,
it seems only appropriate for City to try and help out, by luring away their star players.
