Inter face talent???

the last two times i was at the mall i was asked to fill out a modeling thing for Inter Face Talent.They said that the would call me and set me up for an interview.I would love to model but is Inter Face Talent a scam???Do they really help you break into the fashion world or is it just a waste of time?
