The Italian giants are reportedly negotiations with Sporting Lisbon in order to sign English youngster Eric Dier.
Dier, who was born in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Portugal-c2984, has become one of the most talented players plying his trade at the Estadio Jose Alvalade youth set-up.
The 18-year-old’s talents are undoubted and he shot to fame recently after Sports manufacturer Umbro called him to up for their new campaign. As he featured alongside the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wayne-Rooney-c36736, his reputation grew to a much larger extent and he has since
then even signed on professional terms with the Lions.
However Sa Pinto’s side had to fend off competition from Manchester United and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 amongst other clubs for his signature, which makes him a valuable commodity on the continent.
Sporting continued to mold the player but last winter sent him on loan to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c13019, as they felt he would blossom even further at the famous Toffees’ academy.
Although he is still on Merseyside, he is yet to feature for the senior team, while he has experienced his share of action on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/U-17-Youth-team-c40787 in multiple age groups and seems to now have
attracted the attention of Italian Serie A side Inter Milan.
The Nerazzurri, like most top clubs, are always sniffing the market in search of the next star and they see Dier with a bright future ahead of him.
Claudio Ranieri’s men are currently embroiled in talks with the Portuguese outfit over the England International’s signature and are ready to splash out €1.5 million in order land their man.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 also sent a delegation to the club back in December with hopes of landing the coveted defender back then, but Sporting were unwilling to let him leave.
However this time the Biscione are determined in their efforts and will not rest until they have captured one of tomorrow’s potential stars.
While Sporting could yet cave into the financial benefits, it remains to be seen whether the player will be willing to move to foreign lands, especially when he can cut it as a professional back in his homeland.
