  1. Hey, i just spent a month inter railing this summer and had the most amazing time. The route i took was

    Paris

    Amsterdam

    Berlin

    Prague

    Vienna

    Salzburg

    Barcelona.

By looking at all the places you want to go you may find it a struggle to get it all in and may be more worthwhile to visit fewer places. Ideally at least 3 days minimum are needed in each city, like in a couple of places were only there for 2 nights and just didnt have enough time to figure out what we wanted to do. Other than that no regrets.

Also just a warning as i only found this out on arrival in Paris but on some of the trains you have to book tickets despite global pass else face some sort of fine so when arrive in each city try and sort that out.

would also recommend that if the price isnt too much on other night trains pay extra for a bed makes such a huge difference, spent one just in a normal compartment, got no sleep at all and ended up in the corridor and wasted the whole of the next day sleeping.

hope any of this helps i could go on about it all day was the most amazing time of my life sorry didnt help with any actual specific route.
