The former Inter Milan Primavera head coach has stated that the Beneamata would not be committing the same mistakes as they did against Hajduk Split at the San Siro.
The Nerazzurri were on course for a victory by a big margin in the qualifying round of the Europa League against the Croatian outfit, Hajduk Split. The Italian outfit had overcome Hajduk Split by a convincing margin of 3-0 in their away fixture, and were
expected to have it easy when they hosted the Croatian club on their home soil at the San Siro.
A change of tactics backfired and despite the team having the same players, the result was a completely different one, the Hajduk outfit went on the offensive and unsettled the Beneamata early on. Hajduk Split crashed out of the Europa League by an extremely
narrow margin, after they won the encounter by 2-0. This effectively meant that Inter went into the next round on a 3-2 aggregate score.
This has put a lot of pressure on the Nerazzurri outfit who have been underachieving since last season after barely managing to enter the play offs of the European tournament. The Italian club have been pipped against Vaslui, a Romanian club, and Strama
is of the opinion that Vaslui would be extremely tricky and they need to be on the lookout from the first minute of the match.

“I think Vaslui represent perhaps the toughest of the teams who weren’t seeded in the draw. They were built to play in the Champions League preliminary round.”
He further commented that the Romanian club had been unlucky in their matches and cited that as a reason to be even more careful, and remarked:
“There was certainly a difference in the approach Inter took between the first and second legs against Hajduk, which taught us that at this level we can never allow even the slightest drop in concentration levels. The line-ups were almost identical, but
the results completely different.”
The match will be played tonight on Thursday.
