Interest for braces?

Im 18 and i dont have a credit score, but i do have a savings bank account. I called 18004braces. They said i can pay monthly($149)Do i neccessarily need to have a credit score/interest? Or can i just pay cash straight up $149 at the dentist for every month, or can they just bill me and ill send a check?

You have to speak with the business manager for the particular dentist that you will be seeing.  Each office has there own billing practices and you can negotiate with them directly.  If you don't like the terms at one office, check out the terms at another dentist.  I'm sure that you will be able to find a dentist that can fit your needs both dental and financial.
