According to bankrate the average rate right now is 6.5%, so yours is right there - about average, but not bad.  Really depends on your credit and a variety of other factors but about average for all mortgages I'd say.

It's pretty good, but rates are pretty time dependant.  You might want to shop a couple of mortgage brokers and look on bankrate to ensure that you're getting not just a good rate but also accurate fee estimates.
