Interesting, Unique, and Exciting Careers?

I am an active person that loves being outside and would love a career that reflects what I love to do. I am currently getting a biology degree and was bored to think of the lab word that I will be doing... see that is the way I am heading. I was wondering what kind of careers that are out there that would be unique on a daily routine for I bored easily. I wouldn't mind switching majors or even doing a double... If you now any could you state the title and requirements that are need to obtain such a job. I would like it to be with science still.
