Interesting experience meeting someone on the net?

Well the most interesting experience by far.....

I talked to this guy on the net for quite a while from one of those dating sites to be exact (Eharmony) his picture was good. Sorry but I have no attraction to really awful looking individuals. All in all he sounded like a really sweet person and I was leery about meeting him in person in the first place just because I don't trust people from the net all that well when it comes to dating as I am sure many people can agree.

So finally we agreed to meet. I got there a little late and he was no where to be found. I sat at the bar for a while kind of looking at this REALLY huge man that was sitting at the bar. All of the sudden this guy walks up to me and says hey you must be.... And I was like um yeah do I know you? And he was laughed and was like yes I have been talking to you online and I was like OMG. So I bluntly said ummm you look nothing like your picture.

Yeah thats right I accidently put up a picture of one of my friends but this is me.. I don't look that much different huh.. I did not want to be really rude here but lets see...

He was about 400 pounds different and NO I am not kidding. So I was like well.. You described what you were doing in that pic, etc and where you were and I really don't have a thing for liars or people that can't take care of themselves I am really sorry but I need to go.

I was just a little mad at the whole experience... So I left and he ended up calling me every single day at least 5 times a day until I got his number blocked.

I have had a couple weird experiences in my life but that takes the cake. Now at days I either meet a man in person first, or I don't meet them. I am done with the online dating scene.

One of my best guy friends gave my email to one of his friends, and we talked a lot on msn. Then, my prom was coming up and I wasn't planning on going, but my friend set up me and this guy as my junior prom date. The first time we met in person was at the prom. We automatically clicked and by the end of the night he had asked me to be his girlfriend. The relationship was great, we just recently broke up but I still love him to bits, and we're great friends :)
