Because concrete material is very workable , durable and can be formed to suit any shape , at the same time it resist forces and weather conditions, concrete can be used underwater, above water, skyscrapers , and etc

Well, the simple fact is that not all should or could be made from concrete.  You wouldn't be able to drive a concrete car, not at today's gas prices.  A single-family home would require substantial steel reinforcement to be made from concrete.  Your bathtub wouldn't be very comfortable, made from concrete, nor would your bed mattress.  And would you seriously consider carrying a concrete backpack to school?
