Interesting homemade halloween costumes?

I was a mime on year..

I want to dress up for school, But i want to be notisable...

Something with a vibrant painted face... like a mime wore all black and white and had a white face with black lips...

Any ideas?

A nice dress with a ribbon for a sash that you put glue and glitter on to read Miss America. Or you could put s**t on your face, wear raggedy clothes, put a bandana on the end of a stick for a bag, and be a hobo.

other ideas would be the same thing i did

last year i made a mickey mouse costume

-i wore a black shirt nd black skinny pants

-i wore red shorts over the pants and i put 2 white pieces of cloth in a   circle form on the red shorts

-i bought pieces of of yellow cloth to put on the shoes

-just buy a tall pointy hat and put pipe cleaners on the side as ears

-and wear white gloves

its really easy t put together, and fun all at the same time,

and if you dont want to be mickey mouse, then do what i'm doing this year, be a ventriloquist doll, put make up on your face, and where a red bow, and a tie. these things are really easy to put together
