Interesting problem: The pads on my feet REALLY HURT! only when I dream of myself running?

so when I fantasize myself running something..cross country( 8+km), 3000m run or anything simillar to that. The pads on my feet will be in pain ONLY when I dream of myself running. I try not to. But sometimes I do and it really hurts. Of course I will go to the doctor but I just want to hear Y!A user's reaction.

Nike Impax revolution is what I have...the most common picture.

I personally find them confortable but the front is not so great as you can see why...there is padding that is hidden but it's not so great but the back..that skeleton thingy made of rubber really takes the weight! I had bought them for Lacross,x-country,gym and track and feild.

But.....I don't know...I had track today so Im tired..too tired to think ...and type..BUt I want to post 1 more question though..answer this too if you want to...

  1. Don't forget the chili peppers. I think the reason your feet hurt is because muscles move or tense in dream motion. It's not the right time to generate anxious energy, i.e. they should start to work before you race, not during your sleep. Tell your feet to save it for the race.


  2. you need to keep ur body guessing try mixing up the foods.

  3. wear a moisture socks
