okay I need your opinion recently my niece who is nine years old told me she seen a lion outside her window I know this sounds crazy but when she told me and her mom we was in the same room with her on the computer and we just laughed it off thinking nothing of it cuz come on she's a kid, well anyway she was so adamant that she saw a real lion she kept going on about it days later so her mom and me just for fun decided to "entertain" her so we asked questions like where was it, how did it look ,is she sure it was a lion and not a cat etc.. and she answered so seriously and stuck to her story so today my sister call me and said my niece came banging on her door of her room telling her to let her in cuz she saw the lion again! okay now my niece is not the type to lie she is the oldest out of four siblings so she's very responsible and mature she never told stories even when she was little and she's the type of girl who even give advice to her mom basically she's very outspoken and

truthful anyway she told me the "lion" was black and white and big she also said it was mean looking I asked her if this was her imagination or was she trying to get attention she swore that it was real so I said well if it's true how come nobody else didn't see and if a lion was out it would be all over the news! she agreed and didn't answer. now one time last year she was in Texas by a relative and she came screaming and crying that a little boy was under the table we checked and nothing was there her little brother was with us in the other room and it was just her and her sister in the den. I believe her cuz we are very close and she tells me everything!!! so is she indigo? was the lion her animal guide? she's the only one out the four with these experiences and she also have unexplain shakes kinda like seizures and the doctor says that all is healthy what do you think?

  1. I found this link..maybe it will help. I don't know anything about this...but it's interesting. I have a lot of animals..but I know they mean spirit animals. Have you tried researching this? Maybe this link will mean something to your niece.

Could it be this black jaguar?http://www.geocities.com/~animalspirits/...

Edit...Just a guess..Since John S. said that in Texas jaguars etc. come up to the door.,maybe she's connected to someone in Texas that this happens to. Maybe another child. (Reminds me of the show "Medium"...where the little girl was kidnapped and they kept seeing her.)Maybe it's someone in Texas etc...and she's picking up on their fears. (I've probably watched too many "Medium" shows!)

  2. I have to agree that if it was her animal guide, it wouldn't appear mean looking. I have animal spirit totems with me, one of whom sleeps under my oldest son's bed, a panther who one of my guides calls Bagheera. She guards my son, thinks of him like one of her cubs. I've seen her, she came to me first, to teach me, and she doesn't scare, she doesn't look mean at all. She did freak out my son though. lol So it worries me that she said it was mean looking and that it was black and white and outside her window. Has she ever seen it inside the house? Cause a spirit guide would be inside the house, close to her, not outside her window.

I agree with teaching her how to shield herself. Teach her to surround herself in pure white light. If and when she's scared, tell her to call an angel to come and protect her. Archangel Michael is the protector, the guardian, of the angelic realm, he's the one I call when I feel something that makes me nervous. Literally she can just whisper, "archangel michael help me help me help me." she'll feel him. He'll protect her and calm her down at the same time.

For some reason I also feel the need to tell you... burning white candles will help as well. It reprsents the light of God, the light of Christ and will chase off negative energy.

But the thing is, she's obviously gifted. my son is as well. He can see them whereas I can only feel them. The best thing you can do is to find someone to help teach her how to deal with it, how to protect herself, what to do, etc. Try a spiritualist church, that's a church basically for mediums. They'll probably be able to help you.

the siesures...you'd have to describe it in detail for me in order to really know what that is.

Is she indigo? Depends. Look it up. Being indigo is more than just being able to sense spirits. But yeah...children, with their bright imaginations, are more prone to seeing spirits easier. Tell her she can tell them to leave if she doesn't want them around. To go into the light. She's safe though. I don't know who, but someone protects her, it's why it makes me nervous that the lion she sees is OUTSIDE the house and not IN it.

    love and light

  3. If it was her guide it would try to communicate with her in some way other than by just walking by the window. Have her draw what she is seeing (to the best of her ability). She may be seeing a glimpse of a past creature that was dominant in the area that you live in. It may not be an animal at all, that just may be how she perceives it.

You could also encourage her to talk more about it, how it makes her feel, what she thinks when she sees it, why she is shaking. The more you know about it the more you will be able to decide whether to encourage her to communicate with it, or to banish it from her.

Children "see" a lot of things adults ignore, not all of them are good.

  4. She is probably sensitive.  A good many children are, but most adults do not recognize it.  In all likelihood she will grow out of it or she will learn to live with her sensitivities.

I'd love to help however I can, im or email me anytime.

    Blessed be

  5. children are very receptive to things around them. THe lion could be her animal guide that is possible. It sounds like they are gifeted and thats fine. listen to the girls and respect what they have to say. its interesting there has been a lot of literture on it . i bought an old house a few yeras ago and my son came running into my bedroom and whispered he had seen a nanny and i also saw this od lady who looked like her son who sold me the property.

  6. The children have very good imaginations and they are picking up on your superstitions and beliefs in magical things. They want to fit in and get your attention, and they know you believe in spirit guides and indigo children and stuff like that.

By the way, the description of an indigo child could fit on any child, but especially spoiled brats and neglected children.

You were ignoring the child when she first came forth and told you about the lion. I suspect the other child is looking for attention also.

Unexplained shakes could be anything, but I suspect it is a bahavior that she witnessed from someone else, especially if you have a group of wicca - witchy - mystical - magical type friends who you hang out with. They pretend they are channeling spirits and start shaking uncontrollably. I knew some in college.

Don't say a child doesnt lie. All children tell tales, and all people lie at some point or other. She is probably getting to a stage now where she is going to start telling all kinds of wild tales.

  7. I think perhaps you should have stuck with your first instinct on this one.  I have a nephew whose imagination has populated his world with some crazy stuff.  He's having fun with it, so I don't see what the harm is.  I see no reason to be alarmed or to think this lion exists outside of her imagination.

Please get the ideas of spirit guide animals out of your head.  There is positively no reason to think such things exist.  Perhaps you choose to believe in them and this lion story supports that belief.

The idea of Indigo children was fabricated by a New Age woman trying to sell books.  The list of Indigo characteristics are as vague as any horoscope.  Like a horoscope, the list can be applied to just about anybody, especially a child or young adult, at some point in their lives.

  8. If she lives in Texas she may be seeing a real cat.  Cougar and Jaguar are making a big comeback in most southern states. The Jaguar is the third largest cat in the world, Tigers being first, followed by the African lion.  The jaguar is just a little smaller then the Lion.  At 250 pounds for a male they are nothing to mess around with.  You might want to check  with your local wildlife people and tell you have seen a big cat. We have Cougar track castings 4 inches across, and that is a small Cougar.  They come right up to the house and look in.

  9. i dont know if its her animal guide i dont know too much about them but ill see if i can transfer this situation over to another one of my friends, but i dont think it was her guide, if it was then it wouldnt appear mean looking to her, its probally some random spirit, she may be hyper energy sensitive, meaning energy troubles her more than normal, best bet is to teach her how to shield herself better from things if she is indeed sensitive it might explain her shakes, she might have seen the ghost child ask local residents of that town that have been there awhile about the history of that house, and see if a little boy used to live there, but if she is sensitive she needs to learn how to shield herself from the energy waves, if you need help or have qs contact me my email is on my profile

  10. Sounds like your daughters saw the movie or read the books.I think you should not read so much into a child's imagination.

Edit. You are right.I apologize.I had difficulty following your lengthy question.Daughter, niece,I still believe the answer was a possibility.Don't apologize for calling me an idiot.I'm a firm believer in "sticks and stones".

  11. my nephew also says he sees things like this i think that its just because he likes to make up stories that he imagines them.  In your case you say that your niece doesn't usually make up stories.  Maybe she does have a gift or has something happened recently to change the way she thinks? Has she watched a movie or TV show that may have brought this on?  Read a book that could have caused her imagination to wander?  I think that definitely someone should look into this more and make sure you talk to her about it cuz maybe she does have a gift.  Maybe she truly does see things that others don't
