  1. Beg Meil is a lovely part of Brittany to visit and is specially nice for camping holidays.  What to see?  Depends on what you're interested in. I always take the Michelin Green Guide to Brittany (and I've been dozens of times) which will tell you the best things to see, best beaches, tourist sites, etc. But not supermarkets. They are very good, much better than

British supermarkets.  If you want to see where tye are try their websites. Their equivalent of Tesco is called "LeClerc"  and Intermarche and Mamouth are others. Petrol is cheapest at supermarches. Places to visit: Benodet has a lovely beach, Concarneau with its walled town is a must. The Golfe de Morbihan is quite a way from Beg Meil but going for a boat ride round the islands on a "Vedette Verte" can be pleasant. But, as I say, buy the Green Guide - you can't go wrong!!

  2. If you get a chance travel to St Nazier  it is where they build the cruise liner boats, they have an exhibition where you pay to go in and look around an old liner like titanic it is really fascinating.  All of the beaches around are beautiful, not really big on waves though so surfing would be out, there are loads of supermarkets and street markets,.  Not really an action packed place, but lovley for a chilled out holiday.
