queen there isnt anything else you call the wife of a king

she will have quite a few other minor titles

I have heard that she will be called HRH The Queen Consort (or perhaps Princess Consort, although that has a clumsy sound, imo).

She will be entitled to use the title 'Queen', because in the UK a wife assumes her husband's honours (although a husband does not always get the same entitlement).

While she may decide not to use the title 'Queen', she also might. After all, it is probably some time before Charles ascends the throne, and Diana is long dead.
