Interior Decorating! How do I get into the business?

hey! Any Interior Decorators out there? I have always been interested in it...and want to know how to go about doing it.

Also, Can you have it as a Personal Business? or be hired through a company? What has better luck? What is average income?

It's hard work starting your company..I just started my own with a partner last year. We have a combined 14 years experience so we knew what we were doing, and getting into, doesn't mean it was easy. Also if you haven't worked in the field, try working for someone for about 5 years so you can get the experience you need to run your own company one day. That's what I did, but longer than 5 years of course. Here is our website
