  1. You'd be better off with an intermediate, but you're close to a 'tweener height.

I'm assuming you're in an intermediate stick currently, so you may also want to stick with that just so you don't have something new to get used to as you try out/play varsity.

If you choose to go with a senior dimension, take a look at the Nike Bauer 77 Flex offerings. Try not to go any stiffer than that because the shaft will feel like a steel pipe after you cut it down to your height.

  2. Probably senior.  You're gonna grow and it's always better to get too good then too crappy because at the end of the day it doesn't matter how good you are you want all the help you can get.

  3. Go to your local pro shop or a couple of them and feel them all and ask these questions. Nobody here can tell you what you need nor what you like.  It's one of those things you have to touch and feel.  Make sense?   Consider a baseball bat for example.  Are you gonna buy the Big Pappi model when you weigh 115 pounds because it has Ortiz' name on it?  You have to get feel for it.  If you buy something you don't like after trying it, use it and break it "accidentally" and then get mom and dad to buy you another one that is RIGHT FOR YOU. Also consider your shot, do you have a decent slap shot or are you more prone to use snap/wrist shot?  Ask the guys with the experience in these things at your local pro shop, that's what they are there for, to HELP YOU find the best equipment for YOU.
