Intermittent Panasonic Microwave Operation

Question

The microwave oven clock functions, the timer counts down, the light goes on inside, however, the turntable does not turn and nothing is heated while the timer is counting down. This microwave was made in 1992. I don't know what part is faulty and don't know whether it can be repaired.
