Question:

Internal Energy?

by  |  earlier

I've been practicing many martial arts for some time now and for the last 3 years i've been meditating and harnessing my internal energy (Ch'i), and using that with my psychokinetic training...

And I was wondering how i would make my Ch'i stronger.

Any tips, Hints, or Advice would be helpful.

Thanks.

  1. Steroids.

  2. Have you learned to release your Chi yet? If you practice enough you can learn to absorb spiritual energy. Use this power to absorb spirit orbs. You must be able to see spirit orbs first.

Also, do not over do it, if you absorb too much it can cause direct damage to your soul, or make you temporally  vulnerable to illnesses. The vulnerability  is very temporary but illnesses start big.

  3. I saw footage of a guy who was using his "chi" to knock all of his students around.  He offered to fight anyone using this special ability.  He seemed genuinely surprised when his chi didn't knock over his opponent.  The guy whom he was "fighting" seemed to be reluctant in his beating of this old deluded man and eventually stopped.

I saw another clip where a guy was convinced his inner chi would prevent a sharp sword from penetrating his arm.  It cut him to the bone and he was hospitalized.  He too seemed surprised his chi didn't protect him.

Do you see a lesson to be learned here?

  4. I have actually seen a gentleman who claimed he could knock you over with his chi alone, without touching you. It was very impressive to watch him knock his students down, unfortunatly I must have something wrong with me, because when he tried it on me I felt nothing.

Chi is your life force. It can be strengthened through meditation and certian excersises. It can be used to heal, and many diseases and injuries are caused by blocked Chi flow. Have you ever taken a hard blow and rubbed the area? What you are doing is re-aligning your chi flow which has been disrupted. However it is not a reality to be able to throw it from your body. You can think of throwing it when striking, and it will help you penetrate and throw with more power, but you are not actually throwing your energy into them. Keep developing your chi, but remember the main goal of this is to increase your own health and well being.

  5. One of the best is to practise qigong.

The oldest form of Qigong is Ba Duan Jin. This was developed by the Yellow Emperor to train his army.

Another good method is Zhan Zhuang (standing meditation) often called Standing like a tree, or standing on sake. Zhan Zhuang was developed back in the 1920s by Wang Xiang Zhai.

Wang Xiang Zhai was a sickly child with athsma, and his father encouraged him to take up Martial arts. In the 1930s je was a Da Cheng Chuan master, and challenged other martial artists all over China to a contest, and he was one of the most powerful martial artists of his time.
