  1. may this help: don't drink coffee or too late to take a meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). its your gaster/ bowel that bleed because of your being late to take eat ar too much drinking coffee.

  2. Yes tell your Mom. She might know how to fix it, like preparation H for hemorrhoids or whatever..it's nothing to be ashamed of, it happens to a lot of people!

  3. Your information is very limited.  However I will for the sake of answering your question, assume you're having a constipation problem.  So for that reason you are straining to pass your stool.  If that is the case this is what you do.

Increase you consumption of a wide variety of fruits and vegetables especially those vegetables in the cabbage family.  Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.  Have lots of fruits and vegetable juices.  If you have in your neighborhood, nuni fruits, blend the whole fruit along with other fruits to make fruit drink.

    Eat seeds, nuts, and grains.

These should help to make your bowel freer.  You should be having at least one bowel action each day and you should not be straining to pass your stool.

If however your bowel is free and regular, and you're seeing blood in your stool, then you should see a doctor.

  4. In medical field, we classify your case as hematochezia, which is the "lower intestinal bleeding"... you should really see a doctor before any other complications occur.

  5. I had the same issue when I was about 22. You need to see a doctor because it could be several different things. Luckily mine was (as gross as it sounds) hard and over-sized poo. I was prescribed a few stool softeners and everything cleared up. good luck!

  6. If you are having blood in your stool, and are only 15, you should talk to your mom about this, or see a dr.

  7. As long as the blood is red it is a hemorrhoid.  They make suppositories and creams for this. Tell your mom or guardian and have them go with you to pick out one of these.

If it starts bleeding alot, like a stream or spurt when you push, or the blood is dark then you will need to see a Dr.

If this happens every time you have a BM are you constipated or having a hard stool? If this is the cause you need more fluids, fiber and maybe a stool softener.

Either way, talk it over with your mom and she can help decide what should be done and help you get it done.    Good luck!
