International Adoption in Mexcio....???

If adoptive family lives in Mexico, and adoptee also lives in Mexico. And family wants to move back to the USA after the adoption is finished. How can this be done? Who is the best people to talk too?

  2. I'm assuming that the adoptive parents are US citizens?

    They would have to go through immigration.  Adopted children of US citizens are eligible for citizenship.

  3. You first have to apply for permission from USCIS. It is recommended to go through a local Mexican adoption agency to make sure everything is done legally. It would be advisable to contact a local lawyer there who has experience in adoption.
