International Award Advisors real???!!!

Question

I just received a letter from this company and state there that I won 2.5 million dollars. All I have to do is send them $20 in order to process. I wondering if it is real or what?! It looks like real there's an address. I hope I can have the answers to my questions and what I have to do?

Funny you should ask!  As a matter of fact I received the exact letter in my box today.  The letter looked pretty authentic until you read the fine print on the back of the so called certificate.  There are a lot of these scams floating around out there.  Just think about it, why should you have to spend money to get money?  If they claim that we have just won such a significant amount of money, why should we have to send a measly $20.00 to receive it.  I mean come on, I just won $2.5 million dollars trust me I'm good for it!  I received a similar scam, but this one was via phone and they said that I should give them my credit card number so that they can charge me to send my winnings.  I told the operator to take it out of my winnings and send me the balance.  He got totally upset and hung up.  I knew that it was just a scam.  I am very careful when I receive letters, calls or emails that seem like scams and you should be too.  You did the right thing by asking.
