International Award Payment Center letter?

I received a letter from them stating that I won 12,285.00 and I kind of felt sorry for my partner as he thought we had won the JACKPOT!!! As my partner was urging me to send the 20.00 I thought for a minute there that I had won 12,285.00 not realising that people had commented on the internet regarding this SCAM. I could say that I nearly fell for the Scam but after reading all the comments about this scam my partner and I had a really good laugh about it. So I saved 20.00!!!!

International Award Payment Center, is a big scam, who's reality is now known to almost everyone. It sends letters to anonymous people, informing that they have won,  $12,285 . Which is the biggest glitch, in their scam, as they don't reveal, how the receiver has won this amount without taking part in any lottery or competition. They ask the receiver to submit only $20 data entry and processing fee, which in actual is  their source of making money through this scam.

It's to bad the goverment can not stop this pratice. The Federal goverment is being used to execute this fraud via the US mailing system. If a few of these lo life individual were executed maybe it would stop.
