International Faxing to Ireland?

I need to send a fax from the US to Cork Irelend. I have the phone number, am just a bit confused on the numbers that go before it. I know the country code if 353 and then 21 for Cork but how exactly is setup? Any help is greatly appreciated.

All you have to do is prefix  011  ( international dialing code)

011 353 21 ________  and then the rest of the number

011 is the international dialing code from within U.S.
