why wont the IOC create an investigation into the Chinese gymnast's age?

The olympics are total garbage.

They did investigate, but they are too gullible to believe falsified documents and not old leads.

If they ever slip up though, and are found out then they will get their medals taken away and re-issued to the runners up....if not....then the olympics are garbage...

They already did, if you were actually following it well you would know that, they checked all of the chineese gymnasts certificates and they said that they are not fake.  So there you go, give it up

They don't want controversy around the hosts. Sets a bad precedent.
