International call to a landline?

i am in Germany at the moment and i was wondering if anyone knew how much it is for the person i call if i call them on their land-line?? thanks. (land-line to land-line in case it makes a difference)

Contact AT&T long  service, they can give you the charges.

A collect call can be $$ initially but the per mins shouldn't be too bad

Why would they pay anything when you're the one placing the call?
