International calling card for South Korea?

Question

Does anybody know a good (or even "the best") calling card (or virtual calling card) company to use for calls from Canada to South Korea?

Quality is important. I used telehop when I lived in Toronto and was very impressed, but no longer live in a major city, so would have to pay an extra charge to dial out. That sucks.

Try Onesuite.com, they got access numbers in Canada or you can always use the toll free number.
