International calls and phone bills?

Question

How does an international call (to the UK) show up on your phone bill? If I purchase one and call my friend how will it read on the bill? And vice versa, if I receive the call from my friend (him using the card) how will it show up on my bill?

Home phone btw. I know it's a bit different with cell phones.

For the oputgoing international call you will have it displayed on your telephone bill as

the number you dialled

the date

the minutes

the rate

but for incoming it wont show on your bill.

it will read th day, date  time and number you called, most long distance or trans continel bills are itemzed
